Big day today at yds wakefield!
It's been my veneer preparation appointment , I was abit in trepidation but I needn't have worried as soon as I walked in welcoming greeting as normal from daisy and Amy and Tom. Then was greeted by Dr sia and Jen as he is aware of my gag reflex problem , he told me he had created a plan and updated jen on the plan . I couldn't of felt more at ease he talked me through every step of the way and even let me choose which playlist I wanted throughout the procedure. Accompanied by them singing along which made my appointment feel even more relaxing . He was very thorough throughout all the work and it was an appointment which was 3 hours long which may I add I never thought I would be able to complete due to my gag reflex once again I could recommend these lovely people to anyone and their customer service standards are second to none as they always go that extra mile and to add to luxury the girls now even greet at the door which feels like such a personalised special experience!!!
