We reported a potential roof leak causing damp/mold in our flat in Nov 22. After an initial visit, there was no further action despite numerous emails and phone calls. On the back of a formal complaint and escalation to the council, someone attended the flat and carried out an anti-fungal clean and repaint 4 months after the initial report. We were no further to establishing the cause of the water ingress. Despite a complaint response that detailed further investigation works nothing further happened. When the cold weather has come back round we have the same issue. Reported again on 13th November and nothing further heard. Follow up phone call made on 4th December and appointment arranged the following week. Time was taken off work to be in for the appointment but no-one turned up, which was not surprising given previous experience. When speaking to the repair team we are given different information by each person and there is continuous blame passing to contractors with no accountability on their own repair team and no management taking control of the issue.
