Terrible management company.I am a fairly new tenant of almost 4 months. The night I moved in, the banging and slamming noises from the upstairs tenants were unbelievable and occurred all thought the night/day. I made a noise complaint to YH. They investigated all kinds of nonsense (my boiler, the above tenants boiler, etc) but the actual tenants above even though they were the ones intentionally making the noises. They asked me to record the noises and when I did, Debbie proceeded to tell me that this was normal noise transfer from above. Almost 4 months in, the same thing continues daily. Debbie's manager contacted me yesterday to say she was calling because I wanted to speak to someone. I was so angry. It was like I haven't made a formal complaint months ago about the noises and they haven't done anything about it. I was hoping that they could have at least attended and listened to what I am referring to. She then proceeds to say that Debbie is away, and the other lady who I spoke to once is also not in. She also did not have any ideas of what they said to me before. I could see this wasn't going anywhere, as before, so I basically told her the same and that I have nothing else to say. I have reported the tenants to Environmental Health already and is having some noise recording devices installed for a week.
