We had a issue with teabags not being sealed fully. This was reported and we sent the batch number over and this could pinpoint the machine and production date and time this happened and hopefully would not happen again. We don't expect things like this to happen but even machines have a off day and just glad it's running OK now. A replacement box teabags was sent out straight away. Keep up the good work.
