First order of 5 ceramic mixing bowls arrived and all were smashed. They were inadequately packaged and protected. I reached out and, after several emails, replacements were sent to me. Second time there was a lot more bubble wrap around the bowls, but inadequate layers between the stacked bowls, so two of them arrived badly chipped this time. I haven't yet had a response from Customer Service, but they did send an email inviting me to leave a review.I will keep my review updated.
