I was pleased to discover this company online after visiting their physical stores before. The prices matched those in-store and the delivery costs were reasonable. The items were excellent, securely packaged for shipping, and arrived quickly. What more could you want? A very satisfied customer.
One parcel was missing, and after reaching out to the support team, I received no assistance and was simply advised to contact the company. I did so, but I still haven’t received a response. Fortunately, my usual delivery person, who was off sick during the time my parcels were scheduled for delivery, showed concern and tried to locate my missing items, which he did find. However, the parcel was open and damaged. He suggested I reach out again, which I have, but still no reply. I provided details about all the missing items, yet I have not heard back. This is disappointing, especially since I paid for these items. Some were Christmas gifts, and I’ve had to look for replacements elsewhere. All I want now is a refund for the missing items and some postage costs refunded. It's been a frustrating experience as a first-time customer.
I have not received my order, which was supposedly dispatched 10 days ago, but the delivery service has no record of it. When I reached out to customer support, I felt dismissed. They seem indifferent to the fact that the items are Christmas gifts that I won't have time to replace.
The square tins were supposed to hold biscuits or cakes, but their size was quite absurd at 7” all around, making them suitable only for small items! I struggled to get the lids back on, spending several minutes trying to fit each one properly. If the advertisement had clearly shown the size, I would have never ordered them and faced the hassle of contacting the support team for a return QR code, which took days to receive. I won't be ordering online again.
The service was great, but the delivery experience was quite poor. It took 7 days to arrive instead of the promised 3-5 days. Additionally, the package was left outside in the rain without any notification, even though we were home. The delivery driver should have left it with a neighbor, as we have a clear sign beside the doorbell indicating that they can sign for it.
