I ordered two 100 litre water butts but only one was delivered to me. After waiting for a response from the courier (Evri), as to the whereabouts of the other butt, I contacted Yorkshire Trading Company, (Rydale), who were very helpful and excellent at arranging another delivery, to replace the missing item. However, it seems that I failed to fully read the product description and made the incorrect assumption that the water butts would be sent as a "kit, i.e. including connection hoses, connectors, taps and stands, this was not the case as only water butts and taps were included. So on the whole, very good customer service but personally disappointed about the missing items, as other suppliers sell this same product for less, INCLUDING all the necessary parts.
