Unfortunately, my first order never appeared, so I was sent a second. I had ordered a ceramic mixing bowl and it arrived completely smashed. The box wasn't marked as fragile and it was wrapped in one small layer of bubble wrap and some paper. It's no surprise it didn't make it in one piece. Disappointed.
