The Mason & Cash bowl I bought was clearyl a cheap fake. It did not have their logo, was discoloured and the glaze was work and patchy. The service when I enquired was lazy and I had to keep chasing. Their resolution, when I sne all the pictures they asked for, was for me to do more work to resolve the issue. For a cheap piece of crockery, it should have been dealt with far better. The product and the response were indicative of a business that doesn't care.
