Visited the town of Whitby for a day out. The weather got out glorious. Visited this store to purchase a carrier bag to enable me and my husband to have some form of carrying them. Only to be told by this rude shop assistant that we would need to purchase something for her to sell us one. I was absolutely horrified by her rude reply. Can she not see I was purchasing something called a carrier bag! Spoke to a lovely lady a head office who was appalled at this and told me that she was wrong to advise this. The rude lady in question was serving to the front of the shop aged 60 plus wearing glasses she clearly needs to come down off her perch and realise that the customer is keeping her in a job. Will no longer be visiting this shop.
