The item I ordered had a torn box lid and the manual was missing. It looked like a customer return and no one checked it before restocking. When I raised it with customer service, there was no apology. They did however, asked to send photos of what I received, which I did but the response was for me to contact the manufacturer because they didn’t have any manuals. What was the point of me sending them photos? They don’t stand by their products or service. Will not order from them again.
