One parcel was missing, and after reaching out to the support team, I received no assistance and was simply advised to contact the company. I did so, but I still haven’t received a response. Fortunately, my usual delivery person, who was off sick during the time my parcels were scheduled for delivery, showed concern and tried to locate my missing items, which he did find. However, the parcel was open and damaged. He suggested I reach out again, which I have, but still no reply. I provided details about all the missing items, yet I have not heard back. This is disappointing, especially since I paid for these items. Some were Christmas gifts, and I’ve had to look for replacements elsewhere. All I want now is a refund for the missing items and some postage costs refunded. It's been a frustrating experience as a first-time customer.
