Appalling service. After marking my order as dispatched, I actually only received an evri dispatch notification 10 days later. When it arrived, one if the pots was damaged and 5 were missing. I was assured the others were on their way and was offered a refund or replacement for the damaged item, I chose a replacement. Another parcel arrived containing 4 of the missing pots. I emailed again about the missing two pots (including the replacement) and was told one was out of stock and I'd receive a refund for it, no mention of the missing replacement. So, over a month after I ordered I have 11 usable and 1 broken pot. Terrible service, I truly do not recommend.
I love ordering artificial flowers from Yorkshire Trading as I'm always happy with the service. The delivery is always quick and the price I pay is great and what I can afford.
