I've ordered from Yorkshire Trading several times and always had a great experience. I've found the best prices for many products here and p&p costs are low, but everything arrives quickly. Customer service is excellent and the one time I've had to contact them, due to one item being damaged in delivery, they were very quick to respond and sort out the issue.
Thought these were a bargain and ordered the n bulk however on arrival I noticed they were well out of date so not prepared to feed them to my dog. I sent an email complaint but didn’t receive a response. I wouldn’t buy on line again.
When i got my parcel one item was missing. When I phoned customer service they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I said replacement and within days I had my replacement order. I will definitely be ordering again. Excellent service
