I booked a two-night stay for my family, spending a significant amount. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The sofa bed was broken, and the USB ports didn’t function. I reported these issues immediately and requested assistance, but received none. The receptionist suggested we either use the broken bed or pay for an extra room, which was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of customer care, and given the price, I cannot recommend this hotel.
