My son planned a stay at a modern hotel as a surprise for my milestone birthday. While it wasn’t our typical choice, we truly enjoyed our time there. The accommodation was clean and inviting, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I suggest adding a small relaxing chair for older guests, and the room size felt a bit limited given the cost.

I booked a two-night stay for my family, spending a significant amount. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The sofa bed was broken, and the USB ports didn’t function. I reported these issues immediately and requested assistance, but received none. The receptionist suggested we either use the broken bed or pay for an extra room, which was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of customer care, and given the price, I cannot recommend this hotel.
This was my first stay at a Yotel, and I was very impressed. The location was excellent, close to the waterfront and shops. While the room was small, it was all we needed for our one-night stay before heading to another city. The shower was great, and I loved the unique remote control bed. The rooftop bar had a vibrant atmosphere, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a fantastic experience compared to other hotels.
I found the website incredibly frustrating when trying to book a simple room. I attempted to book an 8-hour stay at a specific location, but after wasting a lot of time, I gave up and opted for a competitor. It's disappointing to advertise options that aren't available.
I booked a room at a specific location through a booking platform and was charged more upon arrival. The explanation given for the extra charges was unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, construction began early in the morning, with no prior notice. I would advise caution.
