Yoto Mini never connects to the wifi like it should and requires multiple restarts every single time we want to use it. Customer support won't talk to you on the phone. They will only email because it is "more convenient" but really you're stuck waiting forever between replies and trying to type things out a million times in an email that you've already told them. It is not an issue with our wifi. It is not an issue with the wifi being incorrectly set up. It is an issue with the player and there is nothing they will do. I've already wasted money for a whole year of the membership that I've hardly been able to use over the past month. What a joke. Don't buy, use your money for something different.
