I was searching for a booking tool for my business, and I originally settled on Calendly but their support was awful.I found YCBM, and though it doesn't have quite as many features as Calendly, it was a very promising product. It does have a lot of the features you would expect from a booking product and a pretty decent interface.What really got me to sign up for Premium though was the customer support. I had a very specific question that I submitted through the website. I had an email response in under an hour from a rep (Marvin) who was very friendly and immediately knew exactly what my issue was, what was causing it, and how to solve it.
