They removed the “Bookers can choose an appointment” feature for free accounts, meaning bookers can now only select a single duration. This makes the service completely useless for me, as I need bookers to be able to choose between a half day and a full day. We also make these appointments for charity, so it’s not possible to pay for this service.

The past 13 months have brought significant changes to my life, especially after the passing of my husband, leading to a chaotic period. I overlooked the automatic renewal that occurred recently, but when I reached out to cancel the typically non-refundable renewal, the support team exceeded my expectations by processing my refund despite it not being their usual policy. The representative was exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend this service and would definitely return if my circumstances change and I need a calendar solution again! Thank you!
