I was bit hesitant about using them, but OMG im so glad I made initial contact with them, they were so helpful, they answer my questions & put me @ ease, solicitors quoted thousands to do it for me, so I took the plunge, had forms to fill out & if u had any questions they were only a phone call away definitely 10/10
I can't believe how incredibly smooth the probate process was with this company! I was on the verge of hiring a solicitor, which would have cost me a small fortune. Every probate case is unique, but in my situation, everything was wrapped up in just 15 days. From the moment I filled out the easy “you-can-do-probate” form, to sending it off to HMRC, I was amazed at how quickly I received the email confirming that probate had been granted. I genuinely can’t recommend this company enough! If I could, I’d give them 10 stars without hesitation!
Found details about the service within a bereavement box. Sounded doable so gave it go. A few questions aroused filling in the form. Fairly easy to contact an advisor on how to resolve. Took around two days to be happy to submit. Now wait for the probate decision so can't award 5☆ yet. Certainly in a uncomplicated scenario not having to use a Solicitor to carry out the work then a worthwhile alternative. Thanks
This was the first time that we had applied for probate ourselves and without a solicitor.The step by step process was quite easy to follow. Some of the uploading of documents was tricky but we were able to do it and information was there to help with this process.It took us some time to complete as we found it best to do a bit at a time.We expected the form generated once we had completed all of the steps to contain a breakdown of how the estate value had been calculated, but there was only a summary.We were unable to make contact on the support phone number given to check if this was correct and so decided to post the form anyway.Two weeks after sending in the form we received the letter of probate.Would definitely use this service again.
I was very impressed and encouraged with how easy it was to use this service; a welcome change at a time when it is difficult to process the loss of a loved one, and all the legalities that involves, I was given reassurance and confidence that I can, and did do probate. The process was made easier and less stressful knowing I could ask for help as and when I got stuck. Tom was very supportive and encouraging (and patient). The steps ensured that I could check each stage and return at any time to change or amend anything. Also thanks to those who answered the phone and reassured me that my messages would be passed on.
