My son received a gaming card, and using it has been incredibly frustrating. I had to create an account to add the code, then tried to purchase Xbox credit on the designated website, only to find out it requires regular credit, not gaming credit. Moving to the gaming site (which also requires another account) to buy Xbox credit was equally troublesome, especially since it's only available in euros. When attempting to order some points, the system tried to charge the entire amount without allowing me to use the gift card credit. The design of this system is bafflingly poor, leading to immense frustration, and the support is nonexistent except for an AI bot that offers no real help. Once I finally manage to utilize this card, I won't be using it again and will definitely be deleting my accounts.
