Unfortunately the gift card only allows you to withdraw 10 pounds at a time and no where does it say that clearly so I currently have £8 stuck in the gift card that I can’t spend unless I buy another gift card or use a credit card which I don’t have.
Writing a second review to get the message across. Still having issues, still have not heard anything from customer service in over a month, yet they have the time to respond to trust pilot reviews. I tried to add StarRupture to my cart and what a surprise, "this product is unavailable"
The responses to these reviews are generic and frankly bull****. I was gifted £100 in gift cards and have managed to painstakingly spend £75 of it on 2 games. Couldn't purchase during ANY sales and guess what, StarRupture is on sale. You can only purchase full price products which are extremely overpriced compared to all other retailers. They "assured" me that they are not a scam, yet reading all the other reviews, this is just a blatant lie. I hope to god that trading standards come in soon as this is beyond a joke, no one should have to go through what this company is putting people through. You'll happily take everyone's money, but you won't fix your issues. An absolute disgrace
Received a gift code as a Christmas present, but I can't buy anything on the website since everything shows as out of stock when I try to check out, despite being available for immediate delivery in the store. Additionally, ever since I registered, I've been bombarded with an overwhelming number of spam calls starting before 8 AM. I've had to adjust my phone settings to block unknown numbers. This website feels like a scam and should be examined under trading regulations. The gift was purchased from a retailer who also seems uninterested in resolving the issue.
I was given two £25 vouchers for Christmas, but I keep encountering an error code. I've entered all the information correctly. Two weeks ago, I was informed via chat that someone would reach out to me, but I haven't heard back. I've attempted to restart the chat twice recently, with no response. I've looked online for a contact number, but found nothing. This situation feels very much like a scam.
I've been attempting to buy games for two days, and my 12-year-old son has been in tears the entire time due to issues with the gaming card. A family member gifted him a £50 gaming gift card for his new PC he received for Christmas, but when trying to purchase games, it says they are added to the basket, yet nothing appears when I check. No games show up in his basket, and I can't find any other gaming basket. The help center is completely ineffective, and the customer service bot is utterly frustrating, leading to a constant loop with no chance of speaking to a real person.
These vouchers should not be available in stores; it's a scam. You will not be able to purchase any game with them, as you will always encounter the error "this game is unavailable, try again later...". Contacting support is impossible since there's no email or phone number. You can try their chatbot, but good luck with that. AVOID THIS SCAM.

If you manage to find a game in their very limited selection, it often becomes unavailable and disappears from your cart. The restricted library directs you to a link for "view thousands more game titles," leading to a website where the gift card cannot be used and that is unrelated to the original platform. If you decide to purchase a game just to avoid wasting your money, the website requires you to consent to sharing your personal information with third parties before completing the transaction. Everything about this company raises red flags, suggesting it's a scam with excessive pricing. The only positive aspect was that the game I selected eventually arrived in my email, and the code worked on the platform.
My son received a gaming card, and using it has been incredibly frustrating. I had to create an account to add the code, then tried to purchase Xbox credit on the designated website, only to find out it requires regular credit, not gaming credit. Moving to the gaming site (which also requires another account) to buy Xbox credit was equally troublesome, especially since it's only available in euros. When attempting to order some points, the system tried to charge the entire amount without allowing me to use the gift card credit. The design of this system is bafflingly poor, leading to immense frustration, and the support is nonexistent except for an AI bot that offers no real help. Once I finally manage to utilize this card, I won't be using it again and will definitely be deleting my accounts.

Extremely disappointing experience. The website is very poorly designed. I selected a game and was supposed to get a code, but instead received just an image of the game cover. When I reached out to customer support, I was met with an ineffective AI assistant that didn’t address my issue. I explained that I hadn’t received a code, and it simply responded with "glad I could help, bye." A total scam. I recommend avoiding this service.
