Writing a second review to get the message across. Still having issues, still have not heard anything from customer service in over a month, yet they have the time to respond to trust pilot reviews. I tried to add StarRupture to my cart and what a surprise, "this product is unavailable"
The responses to these reviews are generic and frankly bull****. I was gifted £100 in gift cards and have managed to painstakingly spend £75 of it on 2 games. Couldn't purchase during ANY sales and guess what, StarRupture is on sale. You can only purchase full price products which are extremely overpriced compared to all other retailers. They "assured" me that they are not a scam, yet reading all the other reviews, this is just a blatant lie. I hope to god that trading standards come in soon as this is beyond a joke, no one should have to go through what this company is putting people through. You'll happily take everyone's money, but you won't fix your issues. An absolute disgrace
