Like many others, our policy was canceled because they claimed we hadn’t downloaded the app and synchronized the device. They sent multiple devices at the start, so they can’t be certain which one was for us, but somehow, that’s our fault. I wish I had seen these reviews earlier; I’ll ensure others are aware of how poor this service is. Customer support was unhelpful. I learned from a community group that this is a common issue, and many have reported them for the same reason. I will definitely avoid them in the future.
