We took out the policy for my daughter in September, and just two weeks ago, they contacted her saying her score was below 30, threatening to cancel the policy. However, her score is actually 81. We tried reaching out through their online form (which doesn’t allow screenshots for proof), and they promised to respond. Eleven days later, we still haven’t heard back. We messaged again, stating that if we didn’t hear back by the end of the day, we would escalate the matter. This service is unacceptable.
