My daughter had a black box with another insurer last year, she was a top level driver with no issues. This year she swapped to Hastings. She has driven for a grand total of 1.5 hours, 22 miles and they have cancelled her policy, she has lost all her money.There was no warning, they say it is for phone use, but she connects via bluetooth, as required, and plays music hands free, as she did for the whole of last year.Getting a response from their customer service department has been difficult and stressful. This is an absolute scam. Please do not use this company. We will be going to hte Ombudsman.
