Terrible service — internet issues and no response

I've been paying for a service that simply doesn't work. The internet has never functioned correctly. Two engineer visits left my home in disarray—one left a box as a trip hazard, and the other made mistakes that left the exterior cover hanging off the wall. The biggest issue is the total lack of customer service. Nobody answers the phone, and I've spent up to an hour on hold multiple times with no response. Despite submitting a formal complaint and following up, I've received no reply. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting, and the company shows no interest in resolving the issue. I'm just waiting until I can legally terminate this contract. Avoid this provider at all costs.
