have had the worst experience with this company since the Brsk buyout. 3 days of internet outages in a row. Spent hours on the phone, including being hung up on and treated rudely by a female agent when I requested a management escalation. After calling back, I was promised an engineer visit today and received email confirmation—I took the day off work, but it was a no-show. Awful company and rude staff. I will be following this up with the ombudsman.
