New service installation. Ant-man called in advance to let me know when he would be getting to the job. Clearly communicated everything he would be doing, how long he would take, etc, and answered all of my questions.

The work was done quickly and neatly, and our needs were accommodated.

Overall very satisfied.

I just had my YouFibre installation completed and I couldn't be happier with the service. The process was smooth, professional, and very efficient. A huge thanks to the engineer, Lee Dwyer, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend!

Coming to the end of my contract and it's gone up. Went on uswitch saw much better offer and asked them to price match. Despite sending them a screen shot of the offer which is avaliable to anyone they said that isn't acceptable and I'd need to provide an offer with my name and address on. I said the only way I could get that would be if I placed an order and if I placed an order with another company why should I then be bothered to come back to them to beg them to offer the same price. Pathetic. You've lost a customer due to this ridiculous requirement. Is this a taste of things to come now Virgin Media are buying them?
