Although the support YouFibre offers gets a zero star and is the absolute worst I have ever encountered with cancelled engineer visits and a 3 hour wait for their pisspoor South African based chat service to bother to reply, and a 40+ minute wait on the phone to talk to a human, once I convinced them to actually send an engineer he was exemplary.
George R was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He sorted the problem quickly and comprehensively. Kudos to him and a credit to YouFibre.
It’s a shame the company has been hived off to Virgin Media who once upon a time had the worst customer service ever but now come a distant second to YouFibre. No mean feat.
