I switched to this fiber broadband expecting fast, reliable internet, but the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Despite advertising “ultra-fast” speeds, the connection constantly drops, especially during peak hours. Streaming buffers, video calls freeze, and even basic browsing becomes slow at times — which defeats the entire purpose of getting fiber in the first place.
Customer service is another major disappointment. When I reported the issue, I was passed between multiple agents, had to repeat the same information over and over, and still didn’t get a proper resolution. Appointments were delayed, and when a technician finally came, the problem still wasn’t fully fixed.
