I want to share my negative experience with Youfone. I purchased a one-year internet subscription and used it without any issues. Later, I wanted to extend my subscription, but it was impossible through their website. Every time I tried, I received an error message. Contacting customer service was also extremely difficult, if not impossible.Eventually, I switched to another internet provider. Since I assumed my one-year contract had automatically ended, I didn’t think much about it. However, I was later informed that I would be billed additionally for the internet I could no longer use. When I tried to cancel the service online, the earliest cancellation date offered was 30 days later. This means I will likely have to pay for around 45 days of internet that I didn’t even use.It’s clear that this company cares more about money than customer satisfaction. Dealing with this situation is especially frustrating if you are an expat or don’t speak Dutch, as getting anything resolved feels almost impossible.
