My modem suddenly quit working

My modem suddenly quit working. Called, short menu to go through. Then talked to a kind service employee. They quickly determined i needed a new modem. I phoned 14:00 or so in the afternokn, amd had it the next day by 17h! Amazing!! Great service!!

Double charging and bad client attention

This is really bad. They have relatively good prices, but bad client service. They overcharged me two times already in a few months, and they barely respond when you claim.Not realiable. Avoid. I'm already leaving.
