Bad experience with eSIM and customer services.I got an eSIM only iPhone. Youfone explicitly says that you can transition to eSIM. When I tried to do that, it just ordered a new *physical* card.When I contacted support, they just told me they could not help and if I had a phone with a SIM card instead. When I asked them about moving contracts and how much the fee would be, they would not say that either.EDIT: I already had a contract with a physical card before trying to change to eSIM. Following the steps on the official youfone site only got me a new physical card.When asked if it was possible to cancel the physical card, I was told it was impossible and to wait 14 days for the new physical card. Then I would have to try to get an eSIM again.I then decided to change contracts and to move my phone number. As a fee might be applied if done immediately, I asked how much that fee would be. I was just told that there is a 30-day wait period; nothing was mentioned about the fee.
