I placed an order for a 2-year subscription Sept 20th. After a really bad experience with the customer service on Sept 29th, I decided not to commit to Youfone for 2 more years, and decided to switch back to a monthly contract so I can leave as soon as I find another provider. I submitted a cancellation request 10 days later on Sept 30th. This was before the start date of the new subscription (Oct 1st), and within the 14-day cooling-off period.This is their response:"This department indicates that it is not possible to remove the extension. The subscription for 2 years will continue as usual."They are forcing me to stay with them for 2 more years even though it goes against their own policies, without giving me a reason as to why this is in any way valid. I did not believe it was possible for their level of customer service to sink any lower, but apparently they managed to outdo themselves.
