Avoid this service like the plague! In June 2025, I sent an email to cancel my contract after my 1-year term had expired. I received no response to my cancellation request, yet they continued sending me invoices despite the contract being completed. When I stopped the automatic payments, they blocked my service.I was forced to spend 45 minutes waiting on the phone just to reach customer service to process what should have been a simple cancellation. The entire process took over 15 days due to their delays, not mine.The worst part was the financial impact.
