Poor internet quality. Frequent outages. Poor customer service. They don't resolve anything. After a Youfone modem update, I had no internet for a month. Again, no solution after multiple attempts to contact customer service. My invoice was held due to a month of no internet. They immediately threatened to use a debt collection agency. A rating of 1 is still too high for this company.
