Youfone doesn't respond to emails and the customer service on the phone is truly worthless at doing anything. They don't have the capacity to understand you. The only thing they do is create a case and put it through to a internal department. But since they don't understand what you are trying to explain they will put incorrect questions or information in the case. Or they put you on hold and never come back to the call.This internal department that should handle the cases don't call you back, they don't come with a solution, don't email you and as a result I am unreachable for over 2 weeks now!I need a eSim and somehow this function disappeared from my account. Nobody seems to understand why and the result is that I am held hostage by Youfone.My phone was lost and I am not in The Netherlands. I got a new phone shipped to me thinking I could simply activate the eSim and be back online......I would advise anyone to stay far away from this company. As long as you don't need help all is fine but when you need customer service you will get so frustrated by their lack of knowledge.I have never ever experienced this idiotic level of customer service ever in my life before.
