I don’t know what it’s like to be a buyer on the website but I had a horrific experience as a seller. They said your products should be listed 10 business days after they are received, mine took 30+ days and that was with weekly emails to the website who promise my products were to be expedited.30 days later and nothing has sold so I asked to pay the fee to get my items back and they asked to keep them on because of the holidays. It was odd that the next day the lowest priced item of mine sold and the next 20-30 days nothing else sold. I ask again and within 24 hours I paid the $15 on November 25th. No communication until I reached out December 2nd and the next day said it would be shipped that week. I go 12 days and an email without a response so on the 15th I made it very clear that I was going to need some form of update as these are my items that I paid to be shipped back to me.Finally got a response that they are moving warehouses during the peak time of the shopping season and confirmed my address. It’s been shipped but still waiting.I’m sure people have had a better experience than me but this is the experience they gave this seller.
