I ordered a bare root Bramley apple. The ‘what you will receive’ photo showed a good quality 2-3 year, well branches bush tree, with the roots wrapped in sacking. I received a sparsely branched, badly damaged shrivelled tree with no sacking or media on the roots - they were bare and completely dead. I complained and was sent a replacement that was in even worse condition, very badly damaged and yet again had no protection in the roots and had been kept far too warm and dry so it was also dead. I then asked, and received a refund. Don’t buy fruit trees from them- always buy from a specialist supplier who knows how to treat and ship live trees.
