I ordered lavender hedge for a costumer and bought a pack of micorrhizal fungi for planting the plants turned up in two day great but six days later still no fungi so I bought some from a trusted source and planted the lavender I contacted customer service but was told that they were sent separately so as not to damage the plants so I had to ask why send so far apart but they didn’t know I find this unacceptable I’m still waiting for £15 fungi I have no use for terrible service and bad customer support
ALWAYS GOOD QUALITY AND GOOD VALUE PRODUCTS FROM YOUGARDEN. YOUGARDEN ARE LET DOWN BY THEIR COURIER, EVRI, WHO'S STAFF DO NOT OBSERVE THE PACKAGE SIGNAGE, CLEARLY MARKED "THIS WAY UP" ETC.
I ordered begonia corms from you and also another supplier. Unfortunately yours were so small some as small as my thumb nail. Where as the other suppliers tubers were four times bigger.
I waited for my £35 order to arrive and it didn't! This wasn't Yougarden's fault, but the way they have handled it is really bad. It was sent on 5th and it's now 18th and they won't refund me or send out a new order. Apparently, they are waiting to see if Evri will refund them first!!! Now my contract wasn't with Evri so how they deal with this shouldn't effect my rights.
I've reordered my plants from another company now but no idea when Yougarden are going to reimburse me 🤬
My latest order of compost..was disappointing..one bag was split and leaking . I started using the compost the day after delivery and much of it was very compacted and hard..really difficult to break up for use....I've had many orders of compost before which have been absolutely fine ...hope this was a one off.
Evri lost my package. They were totally incompetent with no customer service. After a lot of frustration they said they couldn’t refund me and I needed to contact yougarden. What a difference! No arguing just efficient service. They arranged to send out a replacement with a different courier.
What an absolute pleasure it was communicating with a professional company.
I am a huge fan and will be making all my gardening purchase from them.

I purchased a pair of stranded holly trees along with complimentary pinecone pots, and I initially felt a bit unsure after reading some reviews. However, I reached out to the support team with my concerns, and they provided me with reassurance that encouraged me to go ahead with the order. I am so glad I did; the trees are stunning, abundant with berries, and perfectly matched in size. I'm extremely satisfied and believe they are worth every penny.
Complete letdown regarding delivery options. We were informed that deliveries do not reach Northern Ireland, yet we are part of the UK, not some remote location. Winning a competition often means I can't claim my prize due to my location, particularly when it concerns plants! This has never been an issue before. I do appreciate the response; thank you. However, this clarification seems recent, possibly linked to Brexit, which I understand is beyond the control of the garden companies. Still, if I win a competition, I believe an alternative solution should be provided. Again, I appreciate your reply.
The hanging Christmas baskets are gorgeous, just the right size, and of excellent quality. I'm very pleased with my order, and delivery was prompt. Great job! Also, could I ask the seller where the battery section is meant to go?
