I have been trying to make contact regarding missing items from a high value order since 3 April. The contract centre in Durban has repeatedly fobbed me off with system and technical errors and advised to call back in one hour. I have called back on one hour and get the same response. So still waiting for a resolution and above on the missing plants or at least a refund. This is very disappointing and not what I would expect from You Garden as a club member.

During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code.
