Complete letdown regarding delivery options. We were informed that deliveries do not reach Northern Ireland, yet we are part of the UK, not some remote location. Winning a competition often means I can't claim my prize due to my location, particularly when it concerns plants! This has never been an issue before. I do appreciate the response; thank you. However, this clarification seems recent, possibly linked to Brexit, which I understand is beyond the control of the garden companies. Still, if I win a competition, I believe an alternative solution should be provided. Again, I appreciate your reply.

During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual.
