Evri lost my package. They were totally incompetent with no customer service. After a lot of frustration they said they couldn’t refund me and I needed to contact yougarden. What a difference! No arguing just efficient service. They arranged to send out a replacement with a different courier.
What an absolute pleasure it was communicating with a professional company.
