I waited for my £35 order to arrive and it didn't! This wasn't Yougarden's fault, but the way they have handled it is really bad. It was sent on 5th and it's now 18th and they won't refund me or send out a new order. Apparently, they are waiting to see if Evri will refund them first!!! Now my contract wasn't with Evri so how they deal with this shouldn't effect my rights.
I've reordered my plants from another company now but no idea when Yougarden are going to reimburse me 🤬

During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual.
