My experience with Youi over the last month couldn’t be described as anything other than awful. Personally they showed no duty of care for the customer, their answers were inconsistent and far from the truth, the number of issues that came up over months don’t just show a training problem, they show a cultural issue deeply ingrained across multiple interactions.
