My experience with Youi over the last month couldn’t be described as anything other than awful. Personally they showed no duty of care for the customer, their answers were inconsistent and far from the truth, the number of issues that came up over months don’t just show a training problem, they show a cultural issue deeply ingrained across multiple interactions.
I appreciate trust pilot giving me the opportunity to express my opinions all based on clearly documented facts.

Aimee (apologies if I didn't get your name right) provided outstanding customer service with my Landlord insurance. She was very clear, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout the process. This is my first time applying for car insurance and I just wanted to see what they had on offer.
The immediate phone call was awesome and the lady I got on the line was incredibly helpful, willing to answer all of my random questions and happy to repeat something I may have missed or clarify something I didn't understand. All and all it was a great experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone, I gotta thank my boss for recommending them to me first.

In 2025 I insured my home with Youi after speaking with a sales rep. I accepted the quote and paid the premium. One year later, I noted a debit to my CC from Youi which was an automated renewal of my home insurance. I did not authorise this and it put my CC in overdraw where I attracted an overdraw fee and interest charges and 2 hours to sort out the mess. Even though Youi were pleasant on the phone this did not cancel the time and expense incurred with no recompense from youi for the unauthorised debit to my CC. I advised Youi that I do not allow companies to retain my CC details due to the current wave of hacking by nefarious users. Needless to say I was very inconvenienced as it took 2 hours to the bank and Youi
Got a quote from these imposters for my new Ranger wildtrak
Despite being bombarded with pathetic adds suggesting that if you switch to youi you will save money, they were $1400 dearer than 2 other quoted I received
I asked them to call me which they did and they dropped the price by $1000
Why didn't I get that price originally
They can get stuffed
Em was amazing, I couldn't talk with her the first time she called so she called back at a more convenient time. The whole process went smoothly, she made sure I was fully informed every step of the way and I had an appt booked with a company to assess my car's damages within 20mins.
