Having previously left a good review for Youloveprint, I now have to return with less happy tidings. My recent order of books is now 5 days late and all queries are met with the same response "Dunno. Waiting for dispatch to give me a date". It's not good enough, especially this time of year, having to refund customers who have ordered for Christmas. They should not have accepted new orders if they can't cope. I'm told there are 100s of orders behind schedule and they won't even give me an approximate delivery date so that I can try to arrange things my end with my customers. I'm really disappointed in them and their customer service.
