Review Time
After previously leaving a positive review, I’m now faced with a disappointing situation. My latest order of books is now five days overdue, and all my inquiries receive the same vague response: "Dunno. Waiting for dispatch to give me a date." This is unacceptable, especially at this time of year, as I have to issue refunds to customers who expected their orders for Christmas. They shouldn’t have taken on new orders if they were unable to manage the current workload. I’ve been informed that there are hundreds of delayed orders, and they cannot provide even an estimated delivery date, making it difficult for me to coordinate with my customers. I’m truly let down by their service.

I'm told there are 100s of orders behind schedule and they won't even give me an approximate delivery date so that I can try to arrange things my end with my customers. I'm really disappointed in them and their customer service.
First time using Youloveprint and I have to say that I am very impressed. Excellent quality and prompt deliveries go a long way but so does good communication. The team were very helpful throughout the whole printing process and got back to me quickly which is a refreshing change. Can't recommend them enough •••••
I'm a bit surprised that so many reviews say how great the customer service is. I find it almost non-existant. I have had a 400 page hardback book printed. I only had one done because I wanted to see how it turned out before putting a larger order in. It arrived finally ten days late, and only after several emails to them. It also arrived with the last two pages missing, which happened to be the most important pages. I got a "sorry for the inconvenience and we'll reprint it for you". That was eight days ago and I've received no updates or information since. Every email I have sent gets a one line response in return. No courtesy, almost bordering on rudeness and no interest to be helpful. I do have to say that I am impressed with the quality of the print though.***EDIT***Kelly contacted me about my order yesterday and expedited my reprint which arrived this morning. He also gave me a full refund for which I am grateful. He did explain some of the pressure they were under at the time but says he has made those responsible for the curt emails aware of them. I have also looked back over the timeline and the order was not in fact 10 days late but more like just four days. I shall now be putting another order in. Once again, I am very happy with the print quality.
I was so impressed with the customer service from Youloveprint that I’m writing this before I’ve even received my book, there was an issue with a cover design I had uploaded on the website to use for my book and they promptly emailed to detail what the issue was and how to amend it. Incredibly helpful and very quickly solved my issue, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
