Despite the initial inadequacies in support, the quality of the original collagen product was sufficient for me to maintain my subscription. However, I was profoundly dismayed to find that the quality of both the product's packaging and the product itself has been significantly reduced. The alteration in the product's formula has not been an improvement, rendering the taste intolerable. I am currently awaiting a response from customer service regarding the return of this disappointing product. My dissatisfaction with both the company's decision to change the product and the lackluster support is profound.
